Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request account and integration data deletion for Clip Stealing and connected platform workflows.
1. What You Can Request
- Deletion of your Clip Stealing account profile and identity records.
- Deletion of connected platform tokens and integration connections.
- Deletion of queue records, publish attempts, and related workflow metadata.
- Deletion of tracked source and destination mapping data.
2. How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to: privacy@clipstealing.com
Include:
- Your Discord user ID and Discord username used in the app.
- The connected platform accounts to remove (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X).
- Whether you want partial deletion or full account deletion.
3. Processing Timeline
- We acknowledge requests as quickly as possible, normally within 3 business days.
- Deletion is typically completed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Some operational backups may persist briefly, then expire automatically according to backup retention windows.
4. Revoke Provider Access
You can also revoke app access directly in each provider account settings (TikTok, YouTube/Google, Instagram/Meta, and X). Revoking provider access immediately blocks new API actions from Clip Stealing.
5. Legal Exceptions
We may retain limited records where required by law, legitimate security needs, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
