1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must have authority to use the connected accounts you authorize.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and access credentials.
• You may not use the service in violation of applicable law or platform rules.

2. Service Description

Clip Stealing provides account linking, tracked source ingestion, source-to-destination mapping, queue-based posting, and automation controls across supported social platforms. Features can vary by provider API permissions and platform policy.

3. User Content and Permissions

• You retain rights to your content and are responsible for rights clearance.
• You grant us a limited license to process content solely to provide ingest, mapping, queueing, and posting functionality you request.
• You are responsible for captions, metadata, and destination selection.

4. Platform Compliance

You must comply with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Discord, and other applicable third-party terms and policies. We may suspend or limit functionality to maintain compliance, service integrity, or legal requirements.

5. Prohibited Use

• Using unauthorized credentials, scraping workflows, or bypass mechanisms.
• Posting unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Attempting to interfere with queue execution, infrastructure, or security controls.
• Reverse engineering or abuse of APIs and integration endpoints.

6. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Platform API changes, permission revocations, and provider outages can affect functionality.

7. Fees and Billing

If paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented in the applicable order, plan, or invoice terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clip Stealing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clip Stealing from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or platform policies.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, or caused policy compliance risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Clip Stealing operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
